We ship anywhere in the world!
International Shipping
- We provide one international shipping option, UPS. HDC Distributions,
LLC will ship to nearly any location in the world. Shipping charges are
determined by the size and weight of the package. We ship international
orders in 24 hours, as received, and delivery times may vary based on
the customer's location. HDC Distributions, LLC can not be held
responsible for lost or damaged international packages. Due to other
countries customs/duties and international transportation, we can not be
held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Domestic Shipping
- We offer 1 shipping option to customers who live in the United
States: UPS. Upon reception, orders are generally filled in 24 hours. We
ship Monday thru Friday, we do not ship on weekends and holidays.
Tracking Numbers
- All shipments ordered will include a tracking number from UPS. The
tracking number will not be provided directly on this site, the customer
will be required to access their personal email or the official website
of UPS to track their package.
Returns
- If your order arrives damaged in any manner, you must call our office
at 570-709-8244 (hours 10am to 5pm east coast time) or email us at
www.sales@headdies.com within 24 hours of delivery to notify us of the
problem. We will request that you send the damaged item back to us and
we will refund you the shipping. Replacement items will be mailed as
soon as possible. Replacement pipes/sherlocks will be discussed over the
phone, as all of our stock are completely unique and as such, there is
only one of each. If you wish to cancel or return your order, there will
be an 18% additional restocking fee. If you return your order, you are
responsible for paying the shipping and return charges. In order to
avoid confusion, please contact us directly before you purchase so that
we may rectify any problems or difficulties you encounter. Refunds will
be made by credit card. There are no cash refunds. |
